Reitmeier has been bringing balance to Oregon and SW Washington since 1984. Our history is one of dedication, passion, and unending improvement – and we’re excited that you are part of our story!
Recently, we’ve had a lot of people asking us to learn more about our journey. So, we created an infographic to illustrate all of the elements of our visual identity and sub-brands. Each symbol depicts our evolution and all that we represent, including our mission, values, and logo.
Milestones in our journey
Three years ago, we took a long look at our company, and remodeled it from the inside out. We committed to focusing on our internal customers (employees) as much as the external, and rewrote what it means to be a part of the Reitmeier team. The Reitmeier rebrand extended to all corners of our operation – from job descriptions to training programs.
We established a new company mission of “Bringing Balance to Your Environment,” which became the foundational driver of our business. We then aligned our identity with a set of core values – Build Sustainable Relationships, Create the Right Solution, Lead the Way, and Own It. These support our mission and inform every decision we make in our organization.
Doing our part
One of our core values, Lead the Way, has been the driver in our efforts to make a difference in the HVAC industry, for our clients, and in our ongoing efforts to help create a better world through sustainable practices.
Our team feels an immense responsibility to do our part to create a better tomorrow. We believe in providing exceptional service to our customers, empowering our employees, and protecting our planet. And people are paying attention to our efforts – we’ve been honored to receive enormous support and positive feedback from our clients, partners, and industry publications.
Our sub-brands: Reitmeier University and the Exchange
You’ll notice in the infographic that we have also included logos for our two sub-brands, Reitmeier University and The Exchange. We created Reitmeier University in 2014 to increase our employees’ skills and create new opportunities for the emerging workforce. The program includes a complete training regimen and curriculum for our new hires to learn best practices for tackling real-world HVAC issues. Additionally, we introduced the Exchange: an array of educational workshops, seminars, and presentations designed to help our clients make more informed decisions about their buildings and HVAC systems.
